Meridian Self Storage Ltd. (“Meridian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides self-storage units and RV/boat/trailer parking in and near 100 Mile House, British Columbia, including the 100 Mile House and 93 Mile House areas.

3. Reservations, Online Booking, and Agreements

All reservations and rentals are subject to availability and acceptance by Meridian Self Storage Ltd. Your storage rental agreement (signed online or in person) will govern the rental relationship and may include additional terms that supersede these website Terms where applicable.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and your rental agreement, the rental agreement will control.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Some online features may be provided through third-party platforms, including U-Haul WebSelfStorage (“WSS”). This may include online account access, electronic agreements, payment management, and payment reminders. Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and policies. Meridian Self Storage Ltd. is not responsible for third-party websites, systems, availability, or service interruptions beyond our control.

5. Payments

If you use the payment portal linked through our website, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges as applicable.

Payment processing and payment management may be handled through third-party providers (including platforms integrated through U-Haul WebSelfStorage). Meridian Self Storage Ltd. is not responsible for third-party system outages, processing delays, or service interruptions beyond our control.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices, promotions, unit sizes, features, and availability displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice.

We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur (including pricing, unit descriptions, or availability). Meridian Self Storage Ltd. may correct errors and may cancel or refuse reservations affected by errors.

7. Access Hours and Facility Information

Facility access and office hours are described on the website and may change due to operational needs, maintenance, emergencies, or holidays.

Our locations are designed for drive-up convenience and may offer 24/7 access, 365 days a year, subject to site rules, security requirements, maintenance, and circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, photos, logos, and website design — is owned by Meridian Self Storage Ltd. or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or exploit content without our written permission.

In any event, Meridian Self Storage Ltd.’s total liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Meridian Self Storage Ltd. through the website in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meridian Self Storage Ltd. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
